What we do

We help travellers search a route, compare the schedules open for their date, and pay for a ticket online. After payment, the booking has a ticket code that can be shown at the pier on a phone.

The boat is operated by the ferry company named on the ticket. Thaiferry.co is the booking office. The carrier runs the sailing, the pier check-in, and the safety rules on board.

How a booking works

• Choose a starting point, destination, date, and passengers. A round trip needs a return date as well.
• Adult is 12 years and over, child is 2 to 11 years, and infant is under 2 years.
• Online booking usually closes at 22:00 Thailand time on the day before travel. Some trips close at a different time.
• A booking fee may be added. When it is on, the standard rate is 5% and the amount is shown before you pay.
• Payment is by card through Stripe, or with PayPal.
